Ouch « Inner City Farmer

Ouch

So what happened to the usually diligent Inner City Farmer? He is currently suffering from a ruptured disk in his back that occurred while he was digging a hole in the front yard. Until this thing gets better, updates will be sparse.

Ouch! I know what it feels like- I ruptured a disk 9 years ago- in my garden digging a hole! LOL
I never knew that you could actually “see” pain.

But I made a full recovery by basically laying on a thin mattress on a wood floor for a week. Hang on- it will get better!

Rub some dirt on it and start writing posts again. We need the inner city farmer!
